Abstract

Scientific research work is an activity or a kind of process that has its result. Quality and adequate scientific research results contribute to the emergence and spread of an innovative society based on knowledge and significantly affect the socio-economic development of the country. This paper presents the current situation regarding scientific research in B&H with detailed information. The aim of this paper is to show the importance
of scientific research for society as a whole, to show the degree of utilization of the potential that B&H has and to point out current problems.
