The paper aims to explain the concepts related to proving and to permanent court expert witnesses, as a means of proving in the legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the basis of the legal and legislative framework that is a prerequisite for the performance of expert witnesses work in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
